Delhi violence crackdown: Kejriwal, says no to flags

New Delhi: A day after violence broke out during the farmers' tractor parade in the national capital, the Delhi Police has sprung into action. 200 people have been arrested so far, sources said.

Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday, broke silence on the Delhi violence on January 26 during farmers' tractor march. He said, "Whatever happened in Delhi was unfortunate. It shouldn't have happened. And the party which is responsible should be punished, not the ones on whom false cases are being filed. The real culprits must be punished."

He also said that no flags should be carried by the protests as there was strong allegation from the BJP that the farmers hoisted Khalistan flag on the Red Fort instead of the nation flag.
